WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Frames must be returned in unworn condition in all of its original packagings within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable and the client is responsible for their own return shipping cost. Please return using a shipping method that provides both tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. After 14 days, all shipments will need return approval and a 10% restocking fee per day will be deducted from the store credit amount.

We do not offer or honor refunds. Store credit only.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging.

Returns should be sent to: Lunette Optic, 92 Derby Street Suite 135, Hingham, MA 02043.

Once your return is received it will be inspected and will contact you with approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a refund it will be issued to the same credit card originally used.   We will not refund any additional shipping charges.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, in the present time we only ship in USA.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WHEN I PURCHASE A PAIR OF GLASSES?

You will receive the glasses, a case and a wipe cloth from the designer.

ARE THE TINTED LENSES INCLUDED WHEN PURCHASING A PAIR OF SUNGLASSES?

Yes, you will receive the original tinted lenses with the sunglasses, as seen in the images.

CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH MY INSURANCE PLAN?

We accept all FLEX/Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or HSA credit cards over the phone only. Unfortunately, we are unable to work with vision insurances unless you are located in the state of Massachusets.
