We send confirmation emails and texts as a reminder to avoid missed appointments. Please confirm via the automated communication, this will let us know you have received and confirmed your appointment. If you feel you have not received a confirmation, please check your spam box or feel free to call and/or email us, firstname.lastname@example.org.
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours prior to your visit. We understand life is full of the unexpected, last minute cancelation and rescheduling without a 24 notice may be subject to a $65 fee. Appointments that are missed without cancellation are considered a “NO SHOW” & will result in a $65 charge.
As a curtesy we allow a 5 minute grace period. If you are running late please call us to let us know, this may allow us to better accommodate your needs. Understand that if you are more than 5 minutes late, we may not be able to take you depending on the day’s schedule.
